                         NOTES

1.     The tube is 1” .049 square tube

2.     5/8 spindle bolts are welded to the ends of the front and rear axle.

3.     A short bracket is welded to the bottom front tube to bolt the front axle to (this is where the front axle pivots).
(the front axle must be far enough ahead so that the wheels will clear the bottom tray when turned)

4.     There are two brackets welded on the top near the rear where the car’s knerf bars will sit.

5.     The handle is 7/8 .049 tube with one bend so it will sit flat on the ground when down.

6.     Also shown in this picture is an optional tool rack (on the far side) which is real handy when working on the car.

7.     We use aluminum, cut to size for all the shelves. They are pop riveted on.

8.     You can also weld on brackets near the bottom with holes for tie downs so you can strap the car down while travelling.

9.     The tires/wheels are from any Harbor Freight store – about $6.95
